Sunshine Ocean View- Villa Review

Wow, I never thought I could get used to such an amazing style of living so quickly. Just one month of living in this spectacular, architecturally mind-blowing villa, had all 5 of us forget about our previous lives.

To get a real feel of what it’s like to live in this luxury accommodation, we thought it would be ideal to book Sunshine Ocean View Villa for one month. But we were definitely not expecting the level of luxurious living which awaited us.

Our souls had been lifted away from reality, to a place where problems didn’t exist. A place where no matter how messy or dirty you leave the bed, upon returning being confronted by a bed neatly tucked away. A place where any stress or anxiety your previous life had you worrying about, gets soothed away by the breathtaking scenery of the jungle coupled with the ocean.

Having an unlimited bar was amazing! There are so many options to choose from, it’s like being a kid in a candy shop. It’s safe to say we all reached new hangover levels. The state of the art sound system makes throwing parties a must too!

However, hangovers were a thing of the past. Upon awakening, you may expect to find yourself a selection of freshly picked exotic fruit, harvested from the nearby jungle. All prepared daily by the house keeper. Who by the way, is the most amazing individual ever, I don’t know how she manages to stay on top of all the work as well as she did. She even cooked us traditional Thai sticky mango and rice which omg! Tasted sensational.

Using the complementary mobile smartphone, we were able to call the villa manager whenever we needed anything such as more alcohol or even suggestions as to where to explore next. If it was not for him, we would have missed out on some of Samui’s hidden adventures such as High park, and paradise park (which we will blog about soon).

In my opinion, one of the best features of this villa is that it provides you with your very own 4L Jeep Wrangler. This 4x4 beast took our Samui holiday vacation to the next level. Comfortably fitting 5, cruising around the local streets of this paradise Island felt so thrilling. No one could take their eyes off us. If I could guess what being famous felt like, this was it. The highlight of our time spent in this magnificent accommodation was taking our beloved Jeep for a safari ride right through the middle of the jungle. This was by far the most exhilarating experience, driving through untouched landscape reaching heights of 680m (only recommended for experienced drivers). The view was breathtaking!

Sunshine Ocean View Villa offered everything we could have expected and more. Whether its state of the art architecture, or the amazing scenery, or perhaps you just want to have some wine while watching your favourite show on the latest curved smart tv (in every room), this villa has it all.

With any review, it is important to weigh both positives and negatives. I really had to try hard to find any limitations for Sunshine Ocean view villa. Enjoying a mountaintop ocean view comes at a price. You must get to the top first! However, this limitation is overcome by having access to the most suitably fun car in the world. Driving up and down the hill had become a hobby for all 5 of us. Many games of rock paper scissors had been used to determine who gets to drive next.
