Villa Senja – is spacious and airy, boasting full-length sliding glass doors and soaring peaked ceilings. All four double bedrooms and a single bedroom (three in the main villa, two in the guest house) are fully air conditioned and have flat screen televisions with satellite/DVD. All suites have connecting bathrooms (the Master bedroom has a private ensuite).
The ground floor is open plan with a stunning combination of traditional and modern decor. The dining area has a formal dining table (seats 12) and doors open onto the tropical garden and entertainment Bale. The breakfast bar adjoins the modern, fully equipped kitchen, with walk-in pantry. A built in day bed allows additional indoor lounging. The living room, with views to the pool, is furnished with three comfortable sofas. Adjacent is a small workstation with computer, printer and internet access.
The teak staircase leads upstairs to the two double bedrooms with connecting bathroom and to an additional recreation area furnished with an L-shaped sofa, TV/Satellite/DVD and a card table that overlooks the main living area and pool.
Outside, the 13 metre long rectangular pool separates the main villa from the Guest House, with hotel-style wooden loungers and umbrellas, along with an antique day bed for extra outdoor comfort. Villa Senja will comfortably accommodate up to 4 couples or 2 or more families with children.
Key Amenities
With white exterior and interior throughout, the open-plan dining, fully-equipped kitchen and lounge areas are spacious and cool.There are two seating areas and a dining table that comfortably seats eight. A toilet and shower room adjoin the lounge.
Upstairs are three double bedrooms and study area. The study area has a computer and wifi connection to the internet. The two double bedrooms share a bathroom with bath and shower and the main bedroom, with bath and shower ensuite, overlooks the pool area.
All bedrooms have satellite television, DVD players, ceiling fans and air conditioning.
The pool area is set among tropical plants with several seating areas surrounding it – perfect for dining or those afternoon drinks by the water. There is a small, air-conditioned gym directly behind the villa.
As with Villa Senja, the property is ideally situated closed to restaurants, shopping and many of Seminyak’s sought after treasures.
