Villa Rocca

Villa Rocca is a luxury modern sea view villa, conveniently located on the hills of Chaweng Noi overlooking the Gulf of Sian. Only 5 minutes from the beach and within easy reach of Chaweng and Lamai. The gated villa is designed around the stunning sea views offered from its elevated position which are a feature of every room. The property is surrounded by a beautiful landscaped terraced garden with an array of tropical trees and shrubs amidst granite boulders. The main living area is a spacious and airy split level room with a high vaulted ceiling and glass sliding doors offering panoramic sea views. The upper level includes a modern fitted kitchen with an island breakfast bar and dining table. The dining area features a large wall-mounted satellite LCD TV, stereo with bluetooth and access to the main entrance, bedrooms and a patio to the rear garden. An open stairway leads down to the lower lounge area, which is furnished with sofas and armchairs around a coffee table and opens directly onto the veranda and the pool deck. The veranda outside the lounge is furnished with a comfortable al-fresco dining set and extends to an open deck with an outdoor lounge overlooking the pool.

Villa Rocca's 5 en-suite double bedrooms include a pair of adjacent rooms with private balconies in the south wing off the upper section of the living room. The third bedroom has a private balcony and is located in the north wing, while the fourth master bedroom opens directly onto the pool deck on the floor below and the fifth bedroom with two single beds is located next to the TV den. All the bedrooms are air-conditioned, spacious, stylish and tastefully decorated, with large built-in wardrobe and hardwood flooring. The en-suite bathrooms are fitted with walk-in rain showers. The 12 metre infinity edge swimming pool blends into the sea view and is flanked by a large tiled sun-deck, furnished with loungers and parasols. We have recently added a spa room located by the pool and offer a wide range of in-house spa and massage treatments for guest to enjoy, prices available upon request.

From the veranda stairs lead down to an air-conditioned gym and a large TV den. The gym is equipped with a Concept2 rowing , a Life Fitness cross-trainer, a range of free weights, Pilates balls and exercise mats. The den is furnished with a large sofa, a 55" screen LCD TV and an elegant full size pool table that converts into a large wooden-topped table suitable for board games or meetings.

Villa Rocca is fully serviced with resident staff living in separate accommodation within the grounds and a guest relations manager. Our staff would be delighted to cook breakfast, traditional Thai meals and excellent BBQ's for a nominal charge, plus ingredients. Alternatively there are a great choice of restaurants in Chaweng and Lamai.
