The sleek and sophisticated Villa Manis at Aramanis Villas maintains a quiet serenity while being conveniently located between Sunset Road and Jalan Seminyak and merely a few minutes’ drive from the popular and now very clean, Seminyak Beach. Designed with a modern and high-tech feel, Villa Manis is located within a gated property speckled with tropical greenery, creating the ultimate luxurious escape.
Walk through the front door directly onto the dark timber terrace featuring a poolside bar. Floor-to-ceiling glass walls surround and fill the living areas creating the illusion of one large, open space.
An outdoor living room lies at the center of this villa surrounded by sliding glass walls which lead into the house from all sides, overlooking a large infinity pool from every room.
The entertainment room comes complete with a massive flat screen satellite TV/DVD and iPod docking station. Soaring-high ceilings lay atop the indoor living and dining space with a state of the art open-concept kitchen at its end. Feel free to enjoy breakfast cooked for you daily at the kitchen bar. Open the sliding glass doors for an alfresco style dining experience overlooking the pool, or close them for air-conditioned comfort. Wi-Fi is available throughout the villa.
Four large bedrooms sleep eight guests comfortably. All bedrooms are designed in a classy contemporary fashion, each one offering views of private tropical garden walls, Satellite TV, air-conditioning, and an ensuite bathroom featuring an outdoor rainforest-style shower. Guests of the master bedroom enjoy a large suite complete with a walk-through wardrobe, large make up station, and an ensuite bathroom featuring a deep freestanding soaking tub overlooking the bathroom’s private garden, creating the ultimate romantic escape. All bedrooms run along the back of the house for quiet and private lie-ins, except for one bedroom located in its own freestanding building providing uninterrupted views of the sparkling pool.

Aramanis Villa staff are professionally trained and aim to serve guests as comfortably and warmly as possible. Daily housekeeping and butlers are pleased to serve guests and maintain a well-run household providing support delivered with grace and tradition, while overnight security oversee support and safety services. Our in-house cook will happily prepare daily breakfasts, and host meals throughout the day to your liking for an additional charge. Aramanis Villa managers and maintenance team are more than happy to address any questions or inquiries guests may have in order to make your stay with us as smooth and enjoyable as possible.
Located right around the corner from Sunset Road, Villa Manis is a mere 25 minute drive from the airport and right in the heart of the popular area of Seminyak. It is a pleasure getting lost in the abundance of café’s, high-end boutiques, art galleries, and lavish spas on your short walk to the beach. Just down the road is the vibrant Jl. Dyana Pura famous for its colorful shops, live music, and bustling pubs. Double-Six Beach/Seminyak Beach is just further down the street where guests love to sit on colorful beanbags while sipping cocktails to some of the most beautiful sunset views in Bali.
