The Calvie is a newly built, contemporary villa that offers a private, relaxing and stylish setting to enjoy the tropical island and the incredible views of the Gulf of Thailand.

The layout of this villa has been carefully considered to provide stunning views while bringing outdoor and indoor living seamlessly together across 346 m² of indoor-outdoor living space. Each of the 4 bedrooms has sea views so everyone can wake up and see the crystal blue water. The open plan living, dining and kitchen area boasts a bespoke sleek décor and each room has large floor-to-ceiling Sunflex glass doors that allow the stunning vistas to permeate the villa.

The Calvie is nestled in the stunning hills of Chaweng Noi, which has become known as the Beverly Hills of Koh Samui. The villa provides maximum privacy, relaxation and tropical comfort yet it is just a few minutes drive down to beautiful Chaweng Noi beach, which is one of the island’s most beautiful bays and is lined with luxury hotels and a beach club. The hustle and bustle of the bars and restaurants of either Chaweng or Lamai are only 10-15 minutes drive away. The hills adjacent to the villa feature the famous Jungle Club and its highly rated restaurant only 5 minutes away. For golfers, Royal Samui Golf & Country Club is 5 minutes drive away (and is visible from The Calvie’s pool deck) and the spectacular Santiburi Golf Club is also easily accessible. Unwind
The outdoor living areas provide the perfect opportunity for the ultimate relaxation – kick off your sandals and enjoy the large deck surrounding the infinity pool, complete with sun loungers, BBQ and outdoor bar. Each bedroom also has its own balcony with sea views for some individual downtime.
Dine
The open plan kitchen is fully fitted with all necessities. The villa boasts indoor dining, with uninterrupted sea views, and bespoke alfresco dining at the poolside casual dining area.
Swim
The central feature of the villa has to be the 35m² private infinity pool with green Sukabumi Balinese tiles overlooking the tropical hills of Koh Samui and the Gulf of Thailand. Also on the pool deck and overlooking the sea is an outdoor shower – a great place to refresh after a day exploring the island.
Sleep
The villa contains 4 spacious bedrooms, each with stunning vistas visible through floor-to-ceiling glass doors that open onto the pool area or a private balcony. Each room has an incredible sea view, crisp white linen, built in wardrobes and an en suite bathroom with rain shower.
Families
The owners of The Calvie have a young son so they understand the importance of having some kid friendly comforts on holiday. We have a cot and high chair, available on request and all free of charge. We also have gates available for the stairs and a pool fence that can be installed if requested (that way even the parents can relax on their holiday!).
